1. Subscription Scope
- Our subscription service is currently limited to earrings only.
- Each subscription cycle allows customers to rent selected pair(s) of earrings as per their chosen plan.
2. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a quarterly, half-yearly, or annual basis, based on the package selected by the customer.
- At the end of each month of subscription cycle, the existing box of earrings shall be collected, and a new box shall be delivered immediately for the upcoming cycle, subject to timely renewal and deposit compliance.
- Charges must be paid in advance to activate or renew the subscription.
3. Earring Selection and Default Dispatch
- Customers are encouraged to select earrings of their choice before the start of each subscription cycle.
- If no selection is made, SabscribeKaro will surprise you with earrings from your previously wish listed items (if any).
- In the absence of any wish listed earrings, SabscribeKaro reserves the right to curate and dispatch earrings based on internal styling and availability.
4. Product Usage & Condition
- All earrings provided under the subscription model are pre-used and professionally cleaned before being sent out.
- Subscribers agree to receive reused earrings in good, sanitized condition.
5. Disclaimers
- Earrings are for personal use; we are not liable for allergic reactions.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or website availability.
- Product images may vary slightly from actual items.
6. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required at the start of the subscription.
- This deposit safeguards against loss or damage to the earrings.
7. Loss or Damage Policy
- In case of loss of a pair of earrings, the cost of the lost pair will be deducted from the security deposit.
- The customer must refill the deducted deposit amount in the next month of the subscription cycle to continue receiving services.
- We give 100% waiver for loss due to damage.
- If the loss exceeds the deposited amount, the customer will be liable to pay the difference.
- If a customer receives damaged earrings, they must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
- Upon verification, the damaged earrings will be replaced with another product, either selected by the customer or chosen from their existing Wishlist, subject to availability.
8. Returns & Duration
- Earrings must be returned within the subscription duration.
- Late returns may attract additional charges or may impact your eligibility for future rentals.
9. Non-Transferability of Subscription
- The subscription plan registered with SabscribeKaro.com is non-transferable.
- It is intended for personal use only by the registered customer and cannot be transferred, gifted, or reassigned to any other individual or account.
- Any attempt to transfer or misuse the subscription may result in suspension or termination of the service without refund.
10. Account Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all activity under their login credentials.
11. Modification of Terms
- SabscribeKaro reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
