At SabScribeKaro.com, we strive to deliver earrings that align with your style and preferences. While we do not accept returns for dissatisfaction, we value your feedback and offer compensation to ensure you’re delighted with our service.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
- Damaged/Defective Items: We’ll replace the earrings that arrive damaged or defective.
- Subscription Cancellation: Unused portions of your subscription are non-refundable, but you can cancel future deliveries anytime.
2. How to Report Damaged Items
- Notify Us: Email info.sabscribekaro@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Resolution: We’ll ship replacements within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund of Security Deposit
- Return Condition: Refund of the security deposit will be subject to the return of all earrings in good condition. Any missing pairs may result in a deduction of cost of the earring from the deposit.
- Cancellation Requirement: The refund of the security deposit shall be initiated only upon cancellation of the subscription plan by the customer and upon a formal request for refund.
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as per mutually agreed terms within 3–4 working days.
4. Exceptions
- Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to deny compensation if misuse is suspected.
